These rates apply to all continental US addresses including P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). Our warehouse ships out orders Monday through Friday, excluding all US postal holidays.
Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1 business day. We'll send an email confirming when your order has shipped. Delivery time estimates are based on orders received before 1 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 1 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday will ship out the next business day.
Department of Transportation Guidelines
Some hair and beauty products (like aerosol hair sprays) contain materials that the US Department of Transportation (DOT) classified as "Hazardous Materials". Products containing hazardous materials must ship Ground transport, which means we cannot provide Express shipping... sorry!
How will you know if your order includes Hazardous Materials? We'll display a note that says "this item must be shipped via Ground transportation" on the product details page.
If your order contains both HAZMAT items and non-HAZMAT products and you select Express shipping, the items may ship separately.
